Angela was wonderful. Our home sale was part of a difficult divorce and Angela had to work individually/separately with my husband and I and operate as a go between to deal with various sensitive issues. She brought good ideas, was patient, available on short notice and when needed. She has lots of good contacts and contractors on standby that were very good to carry out all that was needed for home sale preparation. She is clearly very knowledgeable in the Fox Mill area.

It was a pleasure working with Angela to sell my condo. When we initially met, I was impressed with her answers to my questions and felt like we would work well together. She was very knowledgeable about the market and the area. She laid out a realistic plan for how to get my condo (occupied with renters at the time) into move-in shape, how it should be priced, and how to advertise it in order to get it sold in a timely manner at a price that worked for me. I went on to meet with a few other agents that day, and those meetings made it clear to me that Angela was the way to go. The things some of the other agents said either didn’t add up or weren’t realistic (one said to do renovations and showings while the tenants were still living there; looking back now, that would've been a nightmare that would've resulted in no sale). So, I knew that with Angela, I’d get honesty and reasonableness. The plan that we executed followed exactly what Angela laid out in that initial meeting. We priced a little bit above what the recent sales for similar units were and justified it with the renovations we were going to make, the location of the condo, benefits like garage parking, etc. Angela was very helpful in telling me which renovations I did and did not need to make in order to get the place sold. As soon as my tenants' lease was up, we had the scheduled renovations done in less than 2 weeks. Angela had a professional photographer take a lot of really good pictures – the pics we put up looked great, especially compared to the pics of some of the other similar units that were listed (you could tell those other sellers didn’t use a professional photographer). Anytime I had a question, Angela would promptly respond. She’d also make periodic check-in or update calls to keep me up to speed on where we were in the process and what next steps were. We received an offer after just 9 days on the market. Angela was excellent at negotiating with the buyer’s agent to get the final offer price as close as possible to our asking price. She really fought for me, going back-and-forth with them, calling me to tell me where we're at, then going back-and-forth with them again, and so on. We made a great deal. Angela’s knowledge of the market, open communication with me, attention to detail, relationships with professional photographers and contractors, negotiating skills, and overall professionalism made that possible. I’ll say it again: working with her was a pleasure. I think back to that day when I met with several agents; I definitely made the right choice.

I just have to say that finding Angela was an absolute gift. Right after I signed the contract with her to see my house, she went on a cruise. Working with Angela Mitchell has to be one of top five most professional and competent partnerships I've ever experienced. We've known of her for 20+ years as the Agent that knows best the Foxmill area real estate market. Our first meeting with Angela was a bit tough in that she pointed out many things we needed to do to the property to bring it up to a more sellable condition. We took her advice and it paid off. She re-inspected the house twice before it went on the market and gave a few more recommendations. We vacated the house and had it professionally staged. Angela provided subcontractors for painting and new carpeting. After several weeks of house preparation and when the MLS status was changed from pending to active Angela's guidance and marketing efforts generated an astounding twenty three showings within the first 24 hours. We lived in our house for over 20 years, and we knew it was going to take a lot of work to get our house ready to put on the market.
